Terms and conditions

When you place a service call you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Consult the current hourly rate schedule for details of costs.
• Regular work schedule Monday to Friday: 07:00 to 15:59.
• Emergency work schedule Monday to Friday 16:01 to 06:59, weekends and holidays.
• A pre-authorization will be taken by credit card when taking a call for all customers who do not have an open or valid account and the work will be payable by credit card.
• Limited guarantees are provided within the regular work schedule.
• There is no guarantee for cables that have been landed.
• There are no guarantees for emergency calls.
• During stormy days (snow/ice), time surcharges may apply.
• All our technicians have their competency and safety cards in order as well as training in accordance with the requirements for construction work in Quebec.
• All customer-specific training/compliance is chargeable.
• All administrative requests specific to the customer are billable.
• Compliance platform subscription fees are 100% billable to the customer. Additional fees may apply until these fees are paid in full.
• Any unnecessary travel following a service call taken care of is chargeable.
• A miscellaneous material charge may apply.
• A gas surcharge fee may apply.
• Any service on a fire door requires a closing test, which is chargeable per door. A failed test requires the door to be closed at all times until repaired
