A name and a recognized company

Lafleur Portes de Garage Industrielles was born in 1966 at Pointe-aux-Trembles from the entrepreneurial spirit of Mr. Jean-Marie Lafleur who manufactured his very first residential and commercial garage doors from his modest workshop.

Coming to lend a hand to his father Jean-Marie, Robert Lafleur had part of the current factory built in order to adequately meet the growing demand for industrial and commercial garage doors in the Greater Montreal area.

Lafleur Portes de Garage Industrielles has built an enviable reputation over the years and this recognition requires the expansion of the factory in order to increase its expertise and performance and thus meet the specific needs of customers.

Francis, Robert's son, bought the company and became the main shareholder. Under his leadership, he modernized the company and increased its influence throughout Quebec, especially in terms of high-performance industrial garage doors.

Lafleur Portes de Garage Industrielles acquires Portes de garage RRPG located in the Lanaudière region. A company specialized in the installation and repair of residential garage doors.

A major fire caused the factory to close completely. All operations will be relocated within 24 hours, which will allow the company to continue its activities and thus offer the same quality of service to its customers.

Rebuilt on its foundations, a brand new, more modern and more spacious factory is once again welcoming all the team. Lafleur Portes de Garage Industrielles is once again looking to the future.
